One mistake in last Valentine's Day when ordered Flowers

One mistake in last Valentine's Day when ordered 1 Doz Red Roses at Amazon.com

1 Doz Red Roses by Falcon Farms

Roses were lovely both times I ordered them.
My only complaint is I requested a card with each order. The first through them as I did not see where you could ask for a card with my first order. They said they could send a card but the flowers arrived with no card. I complained about it and received an email from them saying I should have done it through Amazon when I ordered them.

The next time I ordered I made sure I saw where a card could be sent. The flowers were delivered again with no card. The lady that received them called Falcom Farms to try to find out who sent them. They would not tell her. I wrote Falcom Farms about no card with the flowers and told them I would think twice before ordering from them again. They did apologize.
